Open Termux and type Commands for termux:-
$ termux-setup-storage
$ cd /sdcard/download
Move file from downtown folder to termux
Using this command
$ mv kalifs-arm64-full.tar.xz /data/data/com.termux/files/home
$ pkg update && pkg upgrade && pkg install git -y
$ pkg install wget
$ wget -O install-nethunter-termux https://offs.ec/2MceZWr
$ chmod +x install-nethunter-termux
$ ./install-nethunter-termux
if terminal ask you y/N choose N to continue
Use this command to set password
$ nethunter kex passwd
To start NetHunter GUI
$ nethunter kex &
To stop NetHunter GUI
$ nethunter kex stop
To run NetHunter as root
$ nethunter -r
